Ahmed Anan has worked for 15 years in the Telecom Test, Measurement and Assurance industry for the field deployment, Solutions design, technical support and account management sectors of the Middle East markets, working with MEA Tier-1 Telcos and their Echos to develop the understanding of new testing technologies in order to match the most optimized global practices for Networks implementations and troubleshooting.
Bringing a very strong experience of commercial and technical support he joined Viavi in August 2011 as a Senior Account Manager to support Viavi (Formerly JDSU) customers in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus of developing the Channel partners network, and gaining access to new market segments as Enterprise, Government and Utilities/Oil&Gas, working hand in hand with Viavi regional team Ahmed got appointed to lead VIAVI organization in Middle East and Africa in Sept 2016, expanding the area of coverage and adopting new GoToMarket approaches to enhance the delivery and support of Viavi to key customers in both Telecom and Enterprise sectors
