DICE UAE BICSI event by ITEVENTS Samuel Kumar is a seasoned Security Consultant and the current A&E Head – UAE & KSA for Hanwha Vision, bringing over 15 years of industry experience in the design, consultation, and deployment of advanced security, ELV, and smart surveillance systems across the Middle East and Africa.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is widely recognized for his strategic leadership in video surveillance and digital security technologies. Prior to taking on the A&E leadership role, Eng. Samuel served as the Technical Training Manager for the Middle East and Africa region at Hanwha Vision, where he was instrumental in developing and delivering high-impact training programs for consultants, system integrators, and end-users. His deep technical knowledge and training expertise have made him a key figure in enabling the adoption of cutting-edge surveillance solutions across the region.
Samuel’s project portfolio includes landmark engagements such as City Surveillance, Numerous Hospitality, Hospitals and industrial projects in the region. He previously held senior technical roles at Pelco by Schneider Electric, Samsung SDS, and BMTS, where he led and supported major security deployments across multiple verticals including government, oil & gas, healthcare, hospitality, and critical infrastructure.
