Mohamed El Deeb

He has a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering / Construction management from Ain Shams University).  MSc. in Civil Engineering and a Construction Engineering Management Diploma, Cairo University.

More than twenty-Eight years of experience in Projects and Facilities Management. Extensive  knowledge and awareness of the Real Estate field, held different positions in multinational  companies such as Orascom Holding & Development, (10 years), Egyptian Italian Consulting Co. as  a Handover Consultant for foreigners owning properties at El Gouna, Red S

He has a wide range of Academic, Consulting, Project Management, and Real Estate Development experience.

He has published five academic publications (2103 -2018) papers * at the Canadian Society of Civil  Engineering (CSCE) in 2017, and he became IFMA certified holding:

 Facility Management Professional FMP in 2016. (IFMA) International facility  management Association)

 Sustainable Facility Management Professional SFP 2018. (IFMA)

Throughout his career, he has continuously endeavored to achieve a record of high performance,  realizing the Clients’ / Owners’ requirements and aspirations within the scheduled programs, within  the set budget and with the highest possible standards”

He has participated in FM forum One & Two, which were sponsored by AUC as a panel moderator.

He is a member of the Steering Committee that aims at adding value to the FM industry and  contributing to staff development through organizing the high-quality training needed.

In September 2017, Mohamed El Deeb participated in the Egyptian Engineering Day (EED) as a  Speaker for the session titled “Change (Facilities and Time) Management” and a Panel member for  “How to Start Your Career in Construction Industry” session.
